MicrodeContext

Operations exposed by a service to its installed modules.

request_stop initiates orderly shutdown and returns immediately. panic terminates execution immediately and bypasses teardown, shutdown, and cleanup.

Factories receive a MicrodeContextHandle, which can be cloned into owned asynchronous work.
